Payments

Sessions and classes are paid in full at the time of booking through our secure payment provider. A booking is confirmed once payment is verified.

Rescheduling & cancellation

Life happens, and we keep things gentle. You can request a change to any booking from your client portal at any time. Requests received at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time are honored at no charge, and we will reschedule you to a new available time.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Requests made less than 24 hours before the start time and missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, because the time is held just for you. If an emergency arises, contact us at serenitygoddesslight@gmail.com and we will always do our best to work something out with you.

If we ever need to move your session on our side, you will be offered a new time.

Classes

Classes are $5 each and non-refundable. The same 24-hour courtesy applies when rescheduling.

All services are complementary spiritual wellness practices and are not medical or mental health care. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
